Meet Becca, the co-founder and senior bookkeeper for Build Bookkeeping. 

Becca earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in just four years while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and organization skills allow her to excel at anything that she puts her mind to.

As an active real estate investor with her husband, Austin, she discovered a significant need in the real estate industry for reliable and efficient financial services that are tailored to the specific needs for professionals in this niche. Since then, she earned her QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification, became an Associate Digital Bookkeeper, and took the leap into small business ownership.

She provides customized solutions to her clients to help them understand the true financial hygiene of their business which in turn allows them to strategize and execute based on what their financial statements tell them instead of operating off of emotion.

Becca understands that tracking expenses is not what business owners want to spend their limited time on and instead encourages them to spend their energy on dollar producing activities. As an owner of a virtual business, she is here to consult, advise, and help fuel the growth of businesses across the nation.

Austin has always had a strong work ethic, humble persistence and a desire to make a positive impact on those around him. At the age of 15, Austin took his first steps into entrepreneurship by starting a landscaping business in the Greater Milwaukee area called Siewert Property Services which he owned and operated for 4 years and later exited and sold his sophomore year in college.

Austin went on to complete a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 3.5 years while also working full-time in inside sales and ministry. After graduating, he established The Siewert Group, a dedicated team of real estate agents serving the Milwaukee and La Crosse areas. They specialize in working with residential home buyers and sellers as well as small to mid-sized real estate investors, collectively selling well over 100 homes annually.

In recent years, Austin has expanded his real estate portfolio by investing in rental properties. In just four short years, Austin has purchased over 110 rental units and over $10,000,000 in real estate owned, achieving a multi-million dollar net worth by the age of 25.

With hands on experience in both the retail and investment side of real estate, Austin now consults other investors and entrepreneurs on how to make good sound financial decisions based off of their financial reports, not based off of emotion and hope.

But Austin’s success goes beyond his business ventures. He’s a man of faith and strives to serve God in everything he does. With a deep passion for hunting, fishing and the outdoors, Austin has found a way to combine his passions with giving back to the community.

As a dedicated mentor, Austin works with underprivileged and at-risk youth, using the outdoors as a platform to share God’s love and show them a better way in life.
